Custom CRM & AI integration

A CRM built around your business.

Your customer relationships, sales process and service handovers have their own logic. We build and customise CRMs around that logic, connect the tools your team uses and integrate AI into the work that benefits from it.

Our work includes a migration to a custom Twenty CRM implementation. We bring the same business-first approach to new CRM builds, existing systems and the workflows between them.

Bring the current setup and the business outcome you need. We will help scope a practical first stage.

Why teams call us

When the CRM stops fitting the work.

A CRM should help the team act on customer information. We start with the workarounds, missing context and manual steps that make that harder today.

Your process lives outside the CRM

Spreadsheets and side conversations fill the gaps between generic pipeline stages. We model your actual customer journey, responsibilities and handovers so the system reflects how work gets done.

Customer context is scattered

Sales, service and operations see different pieces of the relationship. We connect the systems and records people need, with clear ownership and explicit handling when an integration fails.

Admin takes time away from customers

Repeated data entry, reading long histories and drafting routine updates are useful places to evaluate automation. We choose between workflow rules and AI around the task, the data and how the result will be checked.

Business-driven CRM development

Customer operations that follow your business logic.

We start with how a lead becomes a customer, what happens after a sale and who needs to act at each step. That operating model informs the records, relationships, pipelines and permissions in your CRM.

From a custom Twenty CRM implementation to an extension of your existing system, we connect customer work to the rest of the business. AI features are scoped around specific tasks and reviewed against real examples before they become part of daily operations.

  • Custom records, fields, relationships and pipelines for your operating model
  • CRM migrations with data mapping, trial imports and agreed cutover checks
  • Integrations with websites, email, accounting and operational systems
  • AI-assisted summaries, document extraction, enquiry routing and draft follow-ups
  • Role-based access, human review and clear handling of automation failures
  • Team onboarding, handover and a scoped plan for ongoing improvements

From operating model to daily use

Build around the work. Validate before the move.

A practical CRM delivery process that connects business discovery, implementation and a controlled migration.

  1. 01

    Map the business

Walk through sales, service and operational handovers with the people doing the work. Identify the source records, integrations, access needs and business outcomes.

  2. 02

    Shape the CRM

Model the customer records, relationships and workflows. Prototype the important screens and prove the integrations and AI tasks against representative examples.

  3. 03

    Rehearse the migration

Run trial imports and check linked records, duplicates, missing data and automation behaviour. Agree acceptance checks, cutover responsibilities and a rollback plan before the switch.

  4. 04

    Launch with the team

Move through the agreed cutover, verify the important customer workflows and onboard the team. Hand over system ownership, operating guidance and the next improvement priorities.

FAQ

Planning a custom CRM or migration?

Do we need a completely new CRM?

Not always. We review your current system, business processes, data and integrations first. The right scope may be customising what you have, extending a platform such as Twenty, or building a dedicated system where the requirements justify it.

Can you migrate us to Twenty CRM?

Yes. Our work includes a custom Twenty CRM migration. For your project, we first check the source system, available exports or APIs, data quality and workflows. We agree what can move, what needs rebuilding and how the migration will be validated before switching over.

What does AI integration look like in a CRM?

Potential uses include summarising customer histories, extracting information from documents, classifying enquiries and drafting follow-ups for review. We scope each feature around an actual task, permitted data access, evaluation and a clear human approval step for consequential actions.

Can the CRM connect to our other business systems?

We assess integrations with your website, email, accounting, support and operational tools using the interfaces those systems provide. Scope includes data ownership, synchronisation direction, retries and visibility when something needs attention.

What happens to our existing records and automations?

We inventory records, relationships, fields and automations before planning the move. A trial migration checks representative data and workflows, including duplicates, missing values and linked records. Any history or automation that cannot transfer directly is identified and agreed before cutover.

How do you scope and price a CRM project?

Start with the business process, current CRM, data volume and quality, integrations and AI requirements. Those determine the work. We agree a defined first stage and acceptance criteria before committing to a wider implementation or migration timeline.

Bring your current CRM, the tools it needs to connect to and one workflow that costs the team time. We will discuss what to keep, what to change and where AI could make a useful difference.
