The assignment
From operational problem to working product.
Challenge
Deliveries, installations, maintenance and quality control all had to move through one dependable operating picture, including work completed away from a desk.
Approach
We mapped the operational flow across office and field teams, then designed separate interfaces around the decisions each group needed to make without duplicating records.
Outcome
Amalooloo received a bespoke system that brings delivery, installation, maintenance and organisational workflows into a single product.
