From operational problem to working product.
Challenge
The Mountain Club of South Africa needed to make once-off and recurring donations simple while giving donors a clear choice of causes to support.
Approach
We reduced the flow to the essential decisions, designed clear contribution options and connected the experience to the club's existing digital presence.
Outcome
MCSA received an accessible web donation platform that supports recurring and once-off contributions across its key programmes.
